All of our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for reasons of customer convenience (whether the item is unused or used).

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective (initial defect) or if you receive an item different from what you ordered. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
