International Shipping

We accept orders from customers in Japan and overseas. Please review the following information before placing an international order.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Japanese consumption tax does not apply to orders shipped outside Japan. However, customs duties may apply in the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties must be paid to the delivery carrier when you receive your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to countries where our products are prohibited from import or where import value restrictions apply. If we are unable to ship your order due to these restrictions, we will contact you after reviewing your order and promptly process a refund.

High-value items may not be eligible for international shipping due to insurance limitations.

Pearl cosmetics are not eligible for international shipping.

International orders are shipped by international parcel service or DHL. We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
