Complimentary gift wrapping is available for all gift orders. Please let us know when placing your order if you would like gift wrapping.

All of our products include a certificate stating that the pearls are genuine and providing details about the product.

Repairs for damage caused through normal use and restringing are provided free of charge. Additional charges may apply if replacement parts are required. Items may be sent to us by mail or brought to one of our department store events. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Production will begin once payment has been confirmed. Our standard production time is approximately 3–4 weeks. Production times may vary depending on the product. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before ordering.

Orders within Japan are shipped via Yamato Transport or Japan Post. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped. Please contact us if you would like to request a specific delivery time. Domestic shipping is ¥1,000 (tax included). Shipping is free on orders of ¥6,600 or more (tax included).

International shipping is available to most countries and regions, except where shipping restrictions or import restrictions apply. Depending on the destination and product, orders are shipped by international postal service or DHL. International deliveries may take longer than deliveries within Japan.

After wearing your pearls, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Storing pearls for long periods with perspiration left on the surface may cause deterioration.

Especially during summer, if perspiration or cosmetics come into contact with your pearls, dampen a towel with lukewarm water and wring it out thoroughly before gently wiping the surface. Then use a soft, dry cloth to remove any remaining moisture.
