At the Tensei Pearl Online Store, production begins after your order is placed.

This allows you to choose from a wide variety of designs while we carefully create each item using selected pearls.

By reducing inventory risk, some products can also be offered at lower prices than in-store.

Order Process

Select your item and add it to your cart.

Production begins after payment is completed.

Once your item is finished, we will notify you of the shipping date.

Please wait for delivery.

Domestic shipping in Japan is ¥1,000 including tax. Orders of ¥6,600 or more receive free domestic shipping.

Domestic orders are shipped by Yamato Transport.

Production Time

Standard made-to-order items generally require 21–28 business days for production.

Ready-to-ship items are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Production and shipping are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Some products may require additional time.

After production is complete, shipping also takes several days.

Delivery within Japan generally takes 1–2 days. International delivery times vary by country, and we will contact you once the item is ready.

Items for which components are already in stock will be shipped as quickly as possible.

If you need an item urgently, please contact us before ordering.

※If ready-to-ship and regular made-to-order items are purchased together, the entire order will be shipped according to the longer lead time.

International Shipping

We accept orders from Japan and overseas. International shipments may require additional time for customs clearance.

We cannot ship to countries where our products, including gold items, jewelry, or pearls, are prohibited or restricted.

For high-value items, shipping may not be possible due to insurance restrictions.
