Charges other than the product price:Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat ¥1,000 including tax (free shipping on orders of ¥6,600 or more). For overseas shipping, any taxes and customs duties of the destination country apply.

Returns and exchanges:All of our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for reasons of customer convenience. We accept cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order. We accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective (initial defect) or if you receive an item different from what you ordered. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without our prior consent.

Payment notes:Convenience store payment is available only for orders under ¥300,000. Convenience store payment cannot be used for orders from overseas or for shipping overseas.

If you need a receipt, please let us know before the item is shipped. We will include it with the item. We cannot send receipts separately from the item.
