At Tensei Pearl Online Store, production begins after we receive your order.
This allows you to choose from a wide range of designs, and we carefully craft each piece using carefully selected pearls.
In addition, by reducing the risks of holding stock, we are able to offer some items at lower prices than in stores.
*If materials are difficult to obtain, we may have to cancel your order. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Process
Production begins once payment is complete.
Once the item is completed, we will inform you of the shipping date.
Please wait for your item to arrive.
Delivery Times
Production normally takes 21–28 business days from the time of your order.
(Ready-to-ship items are shipped within 1–2 business days. We do not carry out production or shipping on Wednesdays and Sundays.)
Some items may take longer.
After production is completed, shipping also takes a few days.
Within Japan it takes 1–2 days; for international shipping it varies by country, so we will contact you as soon as your item is ready.
For items whose metal fittings are in stock, we will ship as soon as possible.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us via the Contact page before ordering.
*If you purchase ready-to-ship items together with items on a normal delivery schedule, the order will be shipped according to the later delivery date.
International Shipping
We accept orders from both Japan and overseas. Please note that for international shipping, customs clearance may take additional time on top of the delivery time.
Please note that we cannot ship to countries where our products (gold products, gemstones and pearls) are designated as prohibited items.
Also, high-value items may not be able to be shipped due to insurance restrictions.
