Charges other than the product price: Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat ¥1,000 including tax (free shipping on orders of ¥6,600 or more), plus any taxes imposed by individual countries (Seven Payment (セブン決済) cannot be used for orders from overseas or for shipping overseas.)

Shipping:We ship within 28 business days after confirming your payment. Depending on the production status of metal fittings, it may take longer, so if you are in a hurry, please check the delivery time before ordering.

Returns and exchanges:All of our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for reasons of customer convenience. We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective (initial defect) or if you receive an item different from what you ordered. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without our prior consent.

Payment:Seven Payment (セブン決済) cannot be used for transactions of ¥300,000 or more.

If you need a receipt, please let us know before the item is shipped. We will include it with the item. We cannot send receipts separately from the item.
